Insurance cover for goods in transit is available from us for only $2 per $100 value of goods. Please advise us if you require this option when ordering.

Please consider insurance because we are not responsible for loss of parcels or damage sustained by parcels - the carrier is responsible! We do pack well!

If your order is damaged in-transit by the freight company then you must claim on the freight company, not ourselves!!

Of course, if you have paid us for insurance then you simply claim on us. We are quick at resolving damage claims, compared to
many freight companies.

Insurance is NOT available for items sent via express mail BAG.

Please do NOT write <fragile> on anything you send to us as doing so greatly increases the risk of damage. Please try to "double-box" all products sent to us.

We don't offer replacement warranties. One year warranty applies to all new accessories.

Warranty covers only faults in parts or workmanship.

Warranty cover is not insurance cover, of course!

Customer-caused or environment caused damage is not covered by any warranty, of course!

All prices are based on importing  products via seafreight.

Importing of products via airmail, airfreight or aircourier, compared to our regular seafreighting, will incur additional freight costs.

Our 1-year warranty on Kenwood amateur radio transceivers (one year warranty on Kenwood batteries and accessories) shall not apply to customer-caused damage, such as by overvoltage, reverse polarity, moisture or water intrusion, excessive duty cycle, or to neglect or accidental or intentional or unintentional damage, transmitting into >2:1 vswr or any other adverse operating or maintenance conditions.
Our 1-year warranty on Kenwood amateur radio transceivers shall not apply to damage caused by nature (acts of God), such as by lightning, static, storm and tempest, moisture or water intrusion or deposition. 
Our 1-year warranty on Kenwood amateur radio transceivers is strictly limited to repairing or replacing products which have proven manufacturing faults in parts or workmanship and it specifically excludes consequential damage, etc.
One-year warranty applies to all new Kenwood accessories we sell and the above exclusions and conditions apply.
